Inspiring People Delivering Change

Improving housing, care, and support outcomes

Campbell Tickell supports providers to achieve the best housing outcomes for a wide range of homeless households – families and single people. Whether that is identifying housing needs, support, and/or care services - CT can help.

Our recent work includes:

  • Housing needs assessments for councils, including addressing domestic abuse
  • Housing First service research
  • Evaluation of strategies for people with learning disabilities, mental health concerns, single homelessness and rough sleeping
  • Homelessness strategies
  • Research into youth homelessness
  • Service quality reviews

“We commissioned Campbell Tickell to carry out an action research evaluation project into a Housing First Pilot – one of three national pilots in England.

“The team were really flexible and responsive, delivering a top-class report! Combining a real understanding of Housing First, as well as housing and support issues for rough sleepers, they more than delivered on what we wanted from the research.”

Neelam Sunder, senior programme manager, West Midlands Combined Authority Homelessness Taskforce
