Paul Bragman
Paul is a trained planner, his academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution, an MA in Environmental Planning in Developing Countries and BA (Hons) Social Sciences.
Paul has 25 years’ experience of community and economic regeneration work in the voluntary and statutory sector in the UK and overseas, he was a Board member of Stonebridge Housing Action Trust. He worked for Genesis Housing Group for 4 years where he established a successful Community Development Programme. He is an NCVO Approved Consultant, a Built Environment Expert (BEE) for Cabe/Deign Council. He is a Big Local Rep for Local Trust in 3 neighbourhoods. He was also an adviser for DCLG Community Economic Development & First Steps programmes. Paul is an Associate Consultant with Trust for London.
Example projects:
- Review of a Registered Providers community investment programme to ensure that it responds to local need and optimises social value return;
- Undertook a community consultation exercise to establish the views of key stakeholders about the use, design and potential of improving a Graffiti Pen on an Estate Regeneration Programme;
- Assistance in the creation of a Migrants and Refugee Hub that is viable, workable and attractive for a number of organisations to offer a wide range of services from;
- Supported a Registered Provider strengthen their resident engagement through a Community Research Project.
