Campbell Tickell expands team with five new hires

September is starting with a bang for boutique management and recruitment consultancy Campbell Tickell, which has announced five new hires to strengthen its team in a number of business streams.

Greg Campbell, partner, said: “We are delighted to welcome our new colleagues. They will enable us to close gaps in several key areas of our business, and help us deliver an ever more comprehensive range of services to our clients in housing, social care and health, local and central government, public bodies, and the charity, sports and leisure sectors.”

Meet the new recruits

Director Catherine Little is arriving from Broadland Housing Group in Norfolk, where she has been Executive Director of Housing. Catherine, who is well known in the housing sector, including for her work with the ‘See The Person’ campaign tackling social housing stigma, will be working across a range of service areas, including regulation and risk.

Glenn Allum, formerly Head of New Initiatives at Clarion Housing, has been working with CT as an associate consultant for several years. Joining as a Senior Consultant, Glenn will be focusing on support for mergers and for housing stock acquisitions.

Doug Wynne, a well-known former housing regulator, who has also been working as a CT associate consultant, joins as a Senior Consultant. He will be working as a key member of CT’s well-established governance team.

Christen Joda has been working in finance and administrative roles in the charity sector. She now joins CT as Finance Officer.

Melissa Coope has extensive talent acquisition experience in the UK and New Zealand. She becomes a Consultant in CT’s HR and recruitment team, focusing on permanent recruitment of executive and non-executive roles.
