Deborah Preddie is an international citizen, local to Trinidad, USA and England. She attended Iona College and Long Island University in the US, where she obtained a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Community Health Management.

Deborah began her career in the Banking Industry, where she began developing her customer service and management skills. Over the years, she has held various positions, including Executive Assistant to the CEO of YMCA England and the Partners of Carnstone Partners Ltd and has made significant contributions to company structures, business development and supporting C & D Suite teams in Private, Charity Sector Corporate and Hospitality sectors.

Outside of her professional life, Deborah is passionate about her faith and social change. She is actively involved in a variety of faith based community service and charity organisation. Where she used her financial and business experience to assist people who are socially and economically disadvantaged.
