01 October: The Ballot Box Impact: Housing’s Next Chapter Following the 2024 Election
About:
What impact will the 2024 election outcome have on housing? With the Labour Party emerging victorious, we must look beyond political promises to the practicalities of policy changes. The aftermath of the 2024 General Election will undoubtedly affect the housing sector, and “The Ballot Box Impact” aims to examine these changes closely. What policy shifts are realistic to expect? How might funding and grants be altered, and what does this mean for long-term housing strategies? The roundtable will critically analyse how political commitments will translate into actionable policies and their implications for housing today.
