Welcome to the CT Brief Care and Support special edition
There is no doubt that 2020 is a year that will be long remembered, even though many of us might prefer to forget it. 2021 has made a shaky start, but with the promise of mass vaccinations we can at least see some light at the end of the tunnel – albeit a long tunnel.
In this special edition of the CT Brief, we largely – though not exclusively – focus on care and support issues. We hope the range of articles and topics will offer some nuggets of wisdom and food for thought whether you work in care, homelessness, with young people, older BAME communities, or are concerned about the safety of the homes we live in and the future of our neighbourhoods after the pandemic has subsided.
As always, we are very happy to hear your views on any of the topics covered and if you want to get a debate going please contact me on Twitter @LizZacharias_CT
