Proudly B Corp
Campbell Tickell joins the global B Corp community.
CT is proud to have joined a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact
Verified by B Lab, certified B Corporations (or B Corps) are companies that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
While Campbell Tickell is a commercial business, making a positive impact to society has been central to the company’s mission and values from day one. Our mission is to support its clients’ excellence in governance, resilience, performance, and compliance. This enables the better delivery of clients’ social objectives for the people, communities, and organisations they serve.

Why B-Corp Matters
Underlining the company’s commitment to use business as a force for good, certification aligns with the company’s belief that its operations should bring benefit not just to shareholders, but all stakeholders: a belief shared by many of the public sector, non-profit and charitable organisations CT supports.
Being a B Corp means Campbell Tickell:
- Demonstrates a high social and environmental performance by achieving a B Impact Assessment score of 80 or above and passing our risk review.
- Makes a legal commitment to change our corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders
- Exhibits transparency by allowing information about their performance measured against B Lab’s standards to be publicly available on their B Corp profile on B Lab’s website.
How we scored
Assessment of B Corp applications is undertaken by the B Lab organisation. To achieve certification, a company must score a minimum verified score of 80 points by answering 161 questions. This sets how we operate in five categories: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers.
The median score for businesses completing the B impact assessment is 50.9.
Campbell Tickell scored 107.5 in our first attempt in 2023.
Score breakdown:
