Risk maps or registers form a key plank of all risk management frameworks. But how do we know we’ve considered all the possible risks, independently and in combination, and have adequate controls and mitigations in place? What if a risk were to crystallise next year, materially damaging our ability to meet our strategic objectives, that wasn’t even on our radar?


In May 2017, the International Federation for Housing and Planning (IFHP) organized a three day- long Urban Lab in London, UK, where issues of urban regeneration were discussed under the heading: “What comes first – physical or social regeneration? CT were happy to be able to host the Lab at our offices and lead on some of the study tours.
