Hexagon is an innovative and responsive housing association working in partnership with a range of local authorities to meet housing and care needs across South East London. We are extremely proud of our 3 care services providing support for people with mental health needs through our care homes for clients with long term and enduring mental ill health and our rehab providing personalised support.

This is a unique senior role that will suit a professional Care Manager who wants the flexibility and balance that part time working can offer. You will need to offer a senior track record of managing services for people with mental illness and complex needs, and a commitment to the recovery model. You will need to be familiar with regulation in this field, and have prior leadership experience, recognising that the quality of what our staff deliver, is intrinsically linked to how they feel valued and developed.
