ABOUT THE ROLE

Broadacres is a successful, innovative, not for profit housing association based in the market town of Northallerton in North Yorkshire.

Established in 1993, we manage more than 6,000 homes in the region and provide a wide range of services.

Our journey towards improvement continues at pace. Having been engaged in an improvement process of our governance arrangement, we are now seeking a new Chief Executive to take us through a journey of change.

With strong knowledge and understanding of housing service provision you will lead a highly effective and efficient modern business. You will have significant experience of working at a senior level and a clear understanding of operating in a regulated environment.

Our Chief Executive will be someone special. Our customers and communities demand that. The highest levels of leadership capability and proven organisational change will help us continue to build an organisation that will be an exemplar of social housing performance, innovation and efficiency.

Personally, you will have the gravitas to inspire confidence in colleagues, customers and partners alike. You will need to operate within our core values as well as demonstrating a track record and skill set within your own professional field. Whilst recognising that we operate in an ever changing and highly complex environment, we are confident and excited about the future and recognise that our activities will contribute to the future success of housing provision in the region.
