About the role
We are now looking for a forward thinking and dynamic Head of HR, who will support the evolution and change programme at Rooftop whilst ensuring full compliance with all Employment legislation. CIPD Qualified, you will have a track record of leading successful teams, and a focus on quality service delivery. Reporting to the People and Performance Director, your background in operating with senior teams will ensure that you are able to develop a vision and long-term strategy that reflects Rooftop’s changing needs and future ambitions.
In return you will have the opportunity to help drive the change and transformation agenda for Rooftop and play a critical role in supporting and guiding our staff to be the best they can be.
